Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Terms of Service for On-Site IT Support Services Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your on-site IT support service appointment, please let us know at least 8 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This helps us manage our schedule and serve you better. Billing and Payment Our on-site services have a minimum charge of one hour, costing $125. After the first hour, services are billed in 15-minute increments. Payment for the service is required upon completion, except for clients who have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) or are under a Retainer plan with us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of these terms to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
